At Bicmdo, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before shipping: You can cancel your order anytime before receiving a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for a full refund.

  • After shipping: Orders that have already shipped can be canceled, but the following applies:

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • The original shipping fee (even if “Free Shipping” was offered) will be deducted from your refund.

2. Return Policy

All sales are final once an order has shipped. Returns may be accepted under strict conditions:

a) Brand New Products (Unused)

Important: Products used beyond initial testing or kept for more than 15 days cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@bicmdoparts.com within 15 days of delivery.

  2. Wait for written approval before sending any item.

  3. Provide clear photos showing the product’s condition.

  4. Do not return items without prior authorization.

4. Return Packaging Requirements

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Clean and securely wrap all parts

  • Include all original accessories

  • Use the original shipping box and packaging materials

Note: Failure to follow these instructions may affect your refund eligibility.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

  • Returns must be insured for full purchase value.

  • Bicmdo is not responsible for damages incurred during return shipping.

  • For defective items, we will provide detailed return instructions.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take clear, dated photos of the damage immediately.

  2. Contact info@bicmdoparts.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Provide your order number and a detailed description.

  4. Await evaluation before returning the item.

Minor issues may be resolved by replacement parts instead of a full return.

7. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for severely defective or damaged products.
Contact our Customer Support at info@bicmdoparts.com for evaluation.

8. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the return:

    • You will be notified of approval or denial.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

    • Processing may take up to 14 business days.

  • Bicmdo reserves the right to withhold part or all of the refund if the returned product is in poor condition.

9. Non-Returnable Items

  • Product used beyond initial testing

  • Product held longer than 15 days post-delivery

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Accessories and parts

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly

  • Products missing original packaging or components

10. International Orders

  • Refunds are processed in USD only.

  • Any currency conversion fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Bicmdo is not liable for conversion losses or international banking fees.
