Manufacturer’s Warranty | Bicmdo
This Limited Warranty is issued by Bicmdo. It applies only to products purchased through the official website www.dakeyabike.com. Purchases made through other sellers or platforms may be subject to their own warranty policies.
For Original Purchaser
Bicmdo provides a 2-year warranty for each product, excluding all normal wear-and-tear items. The warranty begins on the date the product is received by the original purchaser.
For Subsequent Owner
Bicmdo provides a 2-year warranty for each products, excluding all wear-and-tear items.

The subsequent owner must provide proof of original purchase (original owner’s name & order number).

The warranty period still begins from the date the original purchaser received the product.
Note:

“Original Purchaser” means the first buyer who purchased directly from Bicmdo’s official website or authorized channels.

“Subsequent Owner” means a second or later owner of the same product.

In case of part replacements or exchanges, shipping fees may apply. Please contact Bicmdo’s customer service team for assistance.
For Separately Purchased Accessories
Bicmdo provides a 1-year warranty for separately purchased accessories.
1. Within 7 Days of Receipt:

Returns and exchanges are accepted.

If the accessory has a quality issue, Bicmdo covers the return/exchange shipping fee.

If there is no quality issue, exchanges are not accepted. Returns are subject to a 20% handling/shipping fee (minimum $15).
2. After 7 Days of Receipt:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Note: Wear-and-tear items are not covered under warranty.
Parts & Components
Genuine Bicmdo parts and components come with a 2-year limited warranty.

Customers are responsible for freight/shipping costs when warranty spare parts are sent.
Uncovered Situations
This warranty is void if damage results from:

Improper assembly or unauthorized modifications.

Crashes, neglect, or abnormal use.

Failure to follow the Owner’s Manual or perform routine maintenance.
-
Use of parts or accessories not approved by Bicmdo.
-
Third-party repairs not approved in advance by Bicmdo.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a claim:

Provide proof of purchase and order number.

Submit clear photos/videos showing the issue.

Await evaluation and authorization from Bicmdo.
Important:

Warranty claims without prior authorization will be refused.

Replacement parts ship within 1–10 business days by standard methods.

Labor costs are not covered.
Shipping Damage Policy

If your product arrives damaged from shipping, you must report it within 14 days of receipt.

Provide photo/video proof to info@bicmdoparts.com

Replacement parts will be provided. No labor/time compensation is included.

Claims submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

Warranty coverage applies only to the continental United States (unless otherwise specified).
